Gotta wonder what is going on here. The company must be running out of money soon, and Veremonte voted against extra raising capacity, but they can still raise the usual amount. I wonder if Veremonte (or the other mob associated with Veremonte to whom the shares were sold) will one day end up buying out the rest of the company for a song.
