    I have not gone thru all the posts so I do not know if anyone has mentioned this.

    Try cutting down on drinks.

    I only drink water and the occasional beer now, and only one cafe latte a day.

    Before that I would consume three large glasses of orange juice (3x200=600 calories or 2400 kj) and five cafe lattes (5x100=500 calories) and two beers (300 calories)

    By cutting the juice and lattes to one and a beer every second day, I have eliminated 1000 calories a day.

    Now there are 7500 calories to a kilo.

    Hence, I am losing a kilo a week.

    In 6 weeks I have developed a six-pack.

    And the loss of weight is increasing the endorphins which is accentuating the weight loss.

    So if you drink orange juice, beer and too many lattes, you risk obesity and an ugly tummy.
