    Hey Panda,

The best one I have seen in the past is one that Kickboxers use to trim before a fight, it has worked for me in the past and I'm in deperate need to get back into it again:)

Doing the rounds at the Gym.

This entails all of the usual exercises one does when lifting weights, bench press, bicep curls, lat pull downs, tri pull downs, ab crunches etc etc.

    What you do is:

3 sets of 15 - 20 reps of each exercise, the weight should be as such that by the 2nd or 3rd set you are starting to struggle at the 15/20 rep mark. Try only having 20 - 30 secs rest between sets.

As soon as you have done the 3 sets move straight to the next exercise and repeat this straight away, and so on and so on. You should at least do 1 exercise for each muscle group, change the particular exercises every other day (so for example, chest exercise is bench press on Monday but Flys on Wednesday, both still cover the pecs)

When you first start out you will probably only be able to do say 2 - 3 full rounds and feel pretty tired, muscles burning. Gradually build up the amount of rounds you can do in your allocated time. This sort of thing is supposed to lean up your muscles and in turn quicken your metabolism. Do this 3 - 4 times a week and only suck in 1500 calories a day and watch it fall off ya:)

I am not qualified in any of the the above!!!
