I have been in RFE for a while and I am pretty disappointed with...

    I have been in RFE for a while and I am pretty disappointed with the current SP levels. I definately think that this is cheap atm.. however I would like to know a few things:

    What is the reason for the slow and constant decline in SP??

    If you also look at the resources with a PV10 of $158.7m wouldn't that equate to roughly $1.13 per share???

    I guess I would just like to know from the more experienced posters their thoughts on what is going on with this one.
