and the competition at rio, bhp and the banks is far more.. your chances of getting ahead in mature orgs is a real tough slog... whereas aldi is new and young and people who get in early grow as aldi matures... or you could listen to other's who think it is below them to work from the bottom. either way i don't care.. but arrogance is one way to limit your growth prospects.
