get a job.. any job at Aldi .. stocking shelves or whatever.. be nice and helpful.. don't act like you think you know anything, as your a graduate and you don't really know anything. Then get yourself known to the regional guys that come in..tell them you want to move up and untill you get the opportunity to move..act like a good hard working shelf stocker.

ps..and i am not joking.
