re: getting a pounding !! because of flt ads FLT have hit the panic button with the expected change to commission structures and have started TV ads asking customers to book everything on line. It is now going to be a dogfight which no one will win. WEB and FLT are both big sells. By telling people to book online you are teaching them to ultimatley avoid agents. FLT are mad! Watch for the downgrades.
