I would like to fly Sydney and get a meeting with bill wild. I hold a sizeable investment in this and feel there is plenty to be asked.
One day and a flight is pittance compared to what I've got invested in this thing. Anyone interested in joining me ? either sydney locals etc. If we could get a few decent holders together maybe we'd get a meeting and get a few things answered because ATM hastie looks like a Hazzie mess of BS.
Their is alot of question to be asked around this DBB thing. Like why would an internationally recognized building firm try to stich up a small engineering firm for a few million. I can tell you I get the Hastie arn't telling us the whole truth about how things went sour.
I'd like to know what bill wild's direction is for the company and how is he going to turn it around. Which business he can see growth in and which business are suffering from the downturn.
I'd also be intrested in what changes have been made in the risk management area. As I believe this is the key to the future. Sins of the past can be eased if hastie can get their quoting back on track and start winning profitable jobs.
I think I'd have a fair shot to get a meeting if we could get enough support from holders of up to 1% which I don't think could be to hard on hotcopper.
A good friend of mine is a commercial litigator so I can put some question together and he can help me phase them to get the answers I want.I also have over 15 years trade experience and quite versed on how the industry works and if questions are side stepped can easily hammer them home. I'd also be happy to take questions from anyone on hotcopper that wanted answers.
