what would prevent BLY from getting back to $2-2.5 range ?
a modern fleet, a modern ERP, strong expertise, quality clients ?
majors will have to re-start (if not already) the exploration, it's the way it is, and they will prefer working with a compliant, safe and well organized company rather than some cheap family runned business.
only risk for the longs is a T/O at arrount 1.5 - 1.7
getting back to $2
