couple of presentations released overnight from Laredo and Pioneer.Links at bottom of post.

Laredo now starting to utilise the very efficient and clever system of multi pad/Eco Pad or as they call it "Development Pad" with up to 5 wells on it,4 hori's and a vertical, consisting of,

1 x VT in the Wolfberry

1 x HZ in the "Upper Wolfcamp"

1 X HZ in the "Middle Wolfcamp"

1 X HZ in the "Lower Wolfcamp"

1 X HZ in the "Cline"

This system which is relativly new in the PB play as far as I know ( been used in the "Bakken" in N Dakota by Continental Resources CEO Harold Hamm for some time ) can save millions on drilling costs and of course time. As opposed to moving rigs in and out of the area up to five times, Laredo will now be able to hold the rig for an extended period, drill all five wells and release.The same goes for their completion rigs and crew,Fracking crews and high pressure pumping systems, fule costs, accomodation,water carting etc etc etc.Millions are save throughout the whole process.

Continental Resources ECO PAD

After todays "non drilling/production report" this is even more of a dream for GGP.

Here you can see how Pioneer are really getting every last drop possible out of their leases.Utilising their spacing and turning it into the old piece of Swiss cheese.
