my apologies for the late reply, got sidetracked.
GGP has the rights to all mineral depths through to the Strawn interval on 2,300 acres and the mineral rights from the Wolfcamp to the Strawn on the remaining 6,500 acres. So as far as the intervals go, we are only missing out on the very deep Atoka and Woodford.

With 20 producing wells on the lease currently and potential for + 200 more I wonder what spacing that is calculated on ? 20/acre ? 40/acre ? If you look at the TRRC site, there are many appealing to have 20/acre spacing as a standard ( Reagan County )

Love to know why Laredo ( as operator ) want's to offload the project. Possibly outside of their Garden City project ?? You can see below how their Garden City project covers 3 Counties ( predominantly )
