Watford , there's a can of worms in answering that one .Consensus seems to be options expiry putting pressure on share price , ie selling shares to fund paying up option is one theory. Also likely that there is generally resistance to market coughing up 18 million dollars to exercise option whilst stockprice is in falling .Others could probably explain it beter than I
