You may be right for the wrong reasons. The fact is that the last capital raising was not overly dilutive and certainly shouldn't cause a drop to as low as 20 cents.
What could cause such a drop is plain old negative sentiment. A fall in the price of gold would cause this and enough people who share your sentiment.
