23c is a 50% retrace from recent high 40c and low 6c
23c was old resistance whilst SP was climbing to 40c.
23c is now support for the handle to form from.
multi-year cup and handle in the making as we speak.
I'm picking up BOTTOM FISHING stock at 23c. If it goes lower then oh well, my analysis did not get it right.
