    Hi chachabear,

    I'm just interested in understanding what it is about the deal that you believe is going to wipe out noteholders? I would have thought that noteholders would be optimistic given BNB is staying alive and being allowed to sell off assets at non-firesale prices. Isn't this likely to give the notes better prospects? I'm not poo-pooing your view, I'm just interested to hear why you think the noteholders will get wiped out...
