Phycosis overpriced for what outcome? For a duster? For a discovery? These are obvious questions that have obvious answers.
The drill has been significantly derisked since the last report so it's really up to you to decide if the current price is over or underpriced according to how you think this drill will pan out!!
This is the nature of oil specs we won't know until we see results and I can assure you the price will not be 14c it we have a discovery. Now...place your bets!!
