I don't think either party are focused on this requirement . In that extensions can be sought and I would think they are well aware if it would be a problem getting an extension
They would know the odds of getting an extension.

IMO it's useless pinning our hopes on waiting for a court resolution , purely looking at how long it would all take if they didn't mediate.

Lets get mining and get some market value back in this " dog" of a stock the way it currently stands.

Don't forget our investment in this company is only worth what the market wants to pay us for it.

Not what the resource is actually valued at in the ground
