Both sides don't seem to be in much of a hurry in my opinion. And what happens when/if they finally do go to trial, then we will have more appeals from the losing party.
And in the mean time Heathgate will be mining B4M and overcharging AGS for processing. I think it was Sludge or Spruik who said that by the time we do get it back they would have taken a good chunk of the uranium out of it anyway.
