This legal thing could be over very quickly if AGS stumble across the holy grail of evidence.

Many years ago two companies drilled at Four Mile. Don't know actual dates but it was a longtime ago.

An American company by the name of Western Nuclear and an Australian company (that has since changed its name) called Exoil.

Western Nuclear drilled to depths of 160 metres and Exoil drilled to depths of around 140 metres.

Some details are avail on the South Australian Geoserver data thing.

Hard to imagine that the results of their drilling programs didn't come up with a big hit for uranium prospectivity.

Possibly Quasar and Heathgate were aware of this information and didn't disclose it to Alliance.

Maybe this case is not as complicated as we think.
