Maybe Jayson, but those plants must have massive tap roots, the deposit is 180m deep!
---------------------------- nothing massive at all the plants collect/pick-up the Radon gases which radiate from the U deep below the surface, they the gases seep upwards and eacape, being heavy they lay about till the wind breaks the gases up
Normally Geo's who know a little about U, use what are called Radon Caps these are placed in the 'most likely' locations and collected some weeks latter and inspected for the gases
a very cheap, very quick way of checking an area before the dollars spent on drilling
some where, some years ago on an early AGS news release/info there was a photo of a hollow filled with the yellow radon gases (not good 'stuff' )
to have or to take a photo with the yellow gases filling a long wide hollow in the ground, is the reason why I bought into AGS in the first place and today still have the very same holding, the yellow gases, to be able to see it, this does not happen very often and indicates....... enough, no need to ramp anything
