I was thinking the same scoob.

If they production test, they undoubtedly would need permission from the Vietnamese authorities to flare the gas that flowed. I would think this permission would go hand in hand with a comprehensive update to the authorities as to the results so far....which might, just might, tie in with Ken's reported trip to Vietnam.

But hey, it's all supposition on my part, and almost certainly way off the mark.
