Just chill.
I have to pay for two bathrooms and a new kitchen.

If all goes to custard I will still do it. Women get excited about these things. Can't pull out now.

I checked back on the last few announcements because I rather thought time was marching on.. Everything's okay, give or take a typhoon or two and a leaky BOP.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those with an eye to potential. Ain't proven yet but looks promising.
