Interesting speculation on why the main man is going to Vietnam!

ENI is the operator here so in my experience would handle all contact with the Government. ie NEN and Kris contact would be with ENI itself IMO.

Under what sort of structure do the Foreign Contractors hold their interests here. ie is it a PSC or similar?

Like others hope news is out shortly but I cant help but feel that this will be a staged program: ie
- first: logs, coring;
- then: tests
and because it is multiple zones some combination of all of the above.
Could take a while!
