Not really. Not my strength. My interpretation from the AGM documents is that they are trying to work out a percentage fee from the value Up-Grade adds to each company like Toro. It might be different for each resource. One new bit of information that came out is the fact that not only does Mingsun "have the appetite" to fund the pilot , but they are also open to funding "the acquisition of suitable resources" That means that on top of existing companies that might benefit from our technology, we might be sniffing out spots to add to our own Namibian asset. That sounds good to me because in addition to taking a percentage fee from others, if we apply UpGrade to our own portfolio of deposits, we'll end up getting 100 per cent value from the technology we have created. Nice to also see that they are trying for Gov grants. That's got to be better for shareholders than getting Mingsun to fund the entire amount.
