Interesting and respectful discussion on this thread, good to see.

To be honest, I haven't followed VOC super closely. I had a trade a couple of months ago for some pocket money and bought back in last week.

If we stick to the fundamentals, the market cap is $1.42b. FY underlying NPAT $140-150m.

At the low end, a PE of 10, in what is still a growth industry and a low interest rate environment. I think we'd need to see the announcement of further downgrades (which is possible) to see material downside.

The fact we are now lower than the previous bottom (pre-takeover bid) without more bad news indicates this is probably oversold imo.
