Its hard to trust analyst (or anyones) numbers,but we are still trading below what they see as the 'break up' value, which cant last.
I like the wording they used, 'preferred stock in the telco sector', it signals that insto's are starting to get over the trust issues they have had after getting burned years ago.
Hopefully they increase long term holdings.
