So many financial houses advising vocus and the two bidders. I would say that these houses and associates would be legally banned from buying/selling VOC shares while due dilligence is happening. Probably helps explain some of the thin trading. With ASIC on the warpath they would not be risking an investigation for a few quick bucks. With the thin trading Bots could have a field day with VOC.
