There may be more than one seller.Many forced sales right now in many stocks.Also maybe some sellers are disappointed with the sp performance as they were expecting big things when production started and they obviously dont want to hang around for the potential bad news on reservoir performance and production decline which was a problem for earlier oilfields in that area.
