    If you did indeed conduct studies on ground to which you held no legal tenure, had no negotiated native title exploration access agreement, had not obtained landholder permission through compliant Form 21s then you likely breached the law in accessing that ground.

    If these were desktop studies then it is a geological and physical impossibility that you found an area of "high Cu/Co" because it is not possible under the JORC code or the laws of basic applied geology to discover copper or cobalt without the presence of a physical assay be it by XRF, laboratory or other means.
