Subsequently, and without permission, he used Coda's management bios and financial records taken from the website to try to apply for tenure in SA. Coda threatened legal action on discovering this. He also sent emails to the SA Government purporting to be in JV with Coda.

He has never had at any time, any executed legal agreement, including CA (confidentiality agreement), standstill, or any other commercial agreement with Coda. He visited the office once, for an hour.

Since then, he has become Coda's troll in chief because one assumes, he is angry his little money making scheme failed.

What a load of absolute rubbish! The Company is getting desperate. It now has its own insider trying to discredit me. It must be hurting them to resort to going this low. Sometimes the truth can hurt. My beef with them was declared openly by myself sometime back. It is due to their poor ethics and behavior such as this recent attempt to malign myself that keeps me in the arena. Bring it on.
