Norm is salty because he tried to sell some South Australian tenure to Coda in exchange for Coda shares. Coda said no because the tenure is located partly in a national park, close to wilderness areas, and has major access issues. It would appear that he was taking a chance that Coda would not do proper due diligence.

Subsequently, and without permission, he used Coda's management bios and financial records taken from the website to try to apply for tenure in SA. Coda threatened legal action on discovering this. He also sent emails to the SA Government purporting to be in JV with Coda.

He has never had at any time, any executed legal agreement, including CA (confidentiality agreement), standstill, or any other commercial agreement with Coda. He visited the office once, for an hour.
