Adhoc is the process that PNV adopts, there is no consistency. Again stop lowering the bar of which need to be met. At the very minimum do what our industry peers are doing, which is quarterly with proper form and format. i believe in Crown casino, Qantas as companies too, Crown no longer listed (had to be bought out coz it can longer continue being owned by Packer as its largest shareholder) and much of it due to incompetent/ignorance/cowboy risk management of the BoD and chairman (proxy of packer). Qantas is going to have a heap of problems going forward left behind by the exCEO.
My point being - companies and it’s businesses can be fundamentally strong and worthy of investment but taken down the wrong path by BoD and CEO it can really hurt the long term return of its shareholders.
How many more years are you prepare to give the current BoD?
Fact, SP has gone backwards as of 30 June for years, it is way too long to sit idle and do nothing. If DW was an employee and he has delivered such return and performance, he would be shown the door by most employers. Am pretty sure if DW own employee at Kidder Williams performed as badly as he himself has, he would show such an employee the door.
don’t just follow the piper like the mices, make your own evaluation on DW performance as chairman. SP being one of the KPIs he should be measure against, others such new products being approved, trials being designed and completed without much delay, targeted sales growth (good to know what it is and being announced to the market one day) being met. Not exhaustive list of KPIs but just a starter
