Following on from my posts last year.
It appears that 2 issues have now been or will be resolved shortly.
1. Tanzanian tax issue has been resolved with its recent agreement to pay more.
2. Potential $75m claim by PDN if SMM was successful on its legal action over VUL.........this will be resolved once PDN completes its takeover of SMM.
This still leaves a couple but still substantial issues which will only be resolved if Mt Wright underground delivers, and the big one...if Syama delivers.
