Your analysis worries me a bit, if they have 14 cps in earnings and only 10 years mine life left then they can only extract $1.40 in value spread over the next 10 years. This means a $1.40 valuation on existing reserves has to be very unlikley.
I'm hoping that you are being conservative and that there is significant other value here.
Unfortunately this is one of the few stocks I hold where I haven't done adequate research yet
