Youngneil ... you can only "short" stocks that are on your brokers list ... these are usually blue chips ... like the following excerpt of the "CommSec Day Short List", which includes the "I" section, and as you will see INL is not on the list.
For those that don't know ... "shorting" has nothing to do with time ....
