    actually insider, the spp price is set at $1 or if volume weighted was under $1, then a 10% discount

    so at the minimum u would be getting shares at a 10% discount.

    now sfp has turned and got a buy indicator, so we may see it go over $1
    esp with the directors excercising their options shows insiders buying.

    so in the end all good.
