    I don't really understand it either. As i understand it, any major shareholders must immediately disclose a change in interest of 1% or more, and we haven't had any such announcements. I can only think it's the people who bought in around the low 70's that are selling now. It will be interesting to see how it closes, and then what happens tomorrow. Perhaps the market doesn't appreciate the cash from tyc, and mincor needs to sell this more in coming weeks.
