    A change in substantial holding should be reported to ASX under LR3 (I think) by 9am or within 24 hours/ asap.
    I tend to think the regulators are less concerned about reductions than increases.
    There is some issue surrounding where the holdings were held and by how the entities are grouped in those holdings.
