According to what I have read online. The final outcome should be finalised by Q3 2009.
As there are many different "options" on the table, i.e. not just selling 50% of coal business. It will take time to sort things out.
IMO, I don't think AIO can come out now and provide any information until the "final" decision are made. I.e. Which asset to sale and if take over is one of the many options.
There are shorters on the market and people worried about SP dropping everyday. Unless AIO comes out and suggest that prices are too low and all sales are off, their SP should jump north very sharply.
