    I'm not sure where the bottom is for NEN. I'm also not sure where all the rampers are who were saying this would bounce back to 10c or beyond.

    Analyst Peter Strachan - who put plenty of people on to NEN pre Vietnam failure - has issued the 'abandon ship' call. I find it hard to argue with him.
