Thanks for your view mower but the idea of the thread is to have a bit more detail for newbies .
It's not necessarily a hot market everywhere . E.g . Outer burbs in Melbourne isn't hot compared to the very close in stuff . So where you might wait if you were interested in Prahan , you might not wait if you were buying in Cranbourne .
How long should they wait ? How much will they save ? What should they do in the meantime ? Probably worth giving examples with some numbers attached .
Try to imagine yourself as the first home buyer . Wind the clock back to how you used to think when you were younger . I know that my views have changed over time . More experience , more wealth . It really changes your perspective in my view .
