Getting in to the market, page-86

I'm only 24, but I'm living at home with my parents and now on $40k.
It works out to be $20/hr full time job, I was getting paid more at my old supermarket job, and pretty sure fast food joints pay just as much.

But I agree, any of the major cities like Melbourne and Sydney are just not feasible unless you live an hour out of the city.
If you're young all you can suggest is they stay at home saving for as long as they can.
