I'm really hoping that the US regulatory authorities are able to press criminal charges against AB that involve a custodial sentence. To be honest I think he's out smarted the ASIC and they don't have the required expertise to successfully prosecute, going on their past performance's. If ASIC aren't able to have AB incarcerated for what he has done at NWT, then they may as well save the tax payer a lot of money and cease existing.
