To be honest I DON'T think anyone [not just one individual] has outsmarted ASIC Bluto. Not by a long shot.

They work very quietly and secretively. Until they come out and say they find no probably cause to prosecute then firmly believe that they intend to. They have not done that.

It is very easy to bring out accusations and even if they are blatantly obvious it is still very hard to prove them beyond doubt. To run off half baked because people are getting a bit testy would be to blow a lot more tax payers money and make sure sure that any persons who might have been found guilty after more thorough examination will walk away scot free and laughing. we don't want that.

These things can take years. 5 years for me to get justice from Gunns. This is only a pup from that point of view.

Patience is it's own reward Bluto.
