I hope you are right gannp. I would really like to see the ATO run a fine tooth comb over AB's affairs since he's been milking NWT investors. If ASIC don't have the ability to throw him in GAOL for what he has done, then the ATO certainly do. Going on his form, his total disdain for both investors and the authorities, I wouldn't be surprised to find that there were "irregularities" with his tax returns.
