    I just enjoyed some delicious dried mangoes from the lush fertile soils of the Philippines and appreciate the need to protect the numerous farming communities in that country. It makes far more sense to mine nickel in arid areas such as parts of WA. It seems that Duterte is leaning towards protecting watersheds, so production constraints there will remain.
