My bet is with those who've said it is fund activity that has kept it in it's trading channel. Some dh fund manager's short sighted profit margin has more than likely caused the resistance at 23c. With HSBC Custody holding 11%, it camourflages the foreign fund activity. So it's hard to see what's really going on But Now we have this large buying coming in, it might just get away like last time.
