dcheckers, I think you might be right with respect to the number of large holdings. Just looking at the top 10 on the market depth this one always seems to have a lot of small parcels in them compared to other stocks I watch.
For example, 63 orders on the .10 buy line for 3.8 million shares.
Looks a lot like a 'mums and dads' stock, although I wouldn't think speccie biomeds would be the sort of thing to suit that stereotype.
