    You are spot on - the bland statement of resignation tells us nothing and raises more concerns about this out of focus company.
    Still think that TF took many liberties with BUY money but was probably allowed to do so by the present board. I suspect that agreements with White Sands will be very loose as it was TF lending to TF. Suspect that current board had very little oversight of TF's activities. I would like to see them table all agreements with Whitesands. The poo is hitting the fan.
