Yes a simple question, simply answered by reading the last announcement.


From CPL announcement / news release of June 11th

Coalspur shareholders who hold shares on 18 June 2015 will be entitled to receive the Scheme consideration of A$0.023 per share which will be paid within five business days of implementation of the Scheme. The implementation date for the Scheme is expected to be 25 June 2015.


There has been no advised change of this so the shares will be effectively sold on 25th June with settlement within 5 working days - having said that they are leaving it a bit late to ask for banking details/payment instructions.
